Why do I see your pictures on other sites?

The images you see on our site were taken by our staff at our scheduled studio session. However, we do not own that studio, so other manufacturers can use that studio to capture their own pictures.

So, using the same studio does not mean they are of our same quality — not to mention if they’re listed at a cheaper price.

Why are your bags more expensive than other sites?
Any price below ours, let alone half, is either mediocre merchandise or a bait and switch.
 
We’re a manufacturing business, rather than a one-man business, so our prices are quite close to the manufacturing costs (our margins are quite low). We’ve been around for over 25 years, and sites that spontaneously erupt aren’t thinking of maintaining a long-term, professional relationship with clients.
What kind of replica quality are your bags?

We sell counter quality or mirror image replicas. These are the best replicas available in the replica market. It cannot get any better — next best thing would be the original handbag itself.

Is the bag or wallet real leather?

We use 100% authentic leather throughout our handcrafting process, which inherently means the leather on our handbags absolutely darkens over time, proving they are in fact genuine leather. The oxidative process itself is not necessarily short with every customer, as each individual’s environment and persona plays a key role in determining the amount of time it takes, but the leather itself absolutely darkens, it just takes time, as it does not occur in the matter of a month; that applies to all items crafted with genuine leather, including authentic items.

We understand that there are many scams online, but we treat our clients’ money like our own — and that’s why our business is successful.

We do not push any client to buy. If you are wary of sending a large amount of money, we suggest you start with a smaller item and, once you verify our quality you will definitely be back for more

Do you have any products not listed on your catalog?

We add new products weekly and have many products that are not listed. Feel free to contact our customer care about a particular item or brand.

Why are my emails not being answered?

You are most likely not receiving our responses because you need to check your spam folder and place us on your white list.
